Innovative and inclusive rental housing developments are being built in Toronto that integrate market and affordable housing to create thriving complete communities. These projects fit a variety of lifestyles and budgets, and are significantly increasing the supply of affordable rental units that respond to the needs of young people, critical workers, newcomers, racialized communities, single parents, and low-income households.
