This webinar is part of the Open Smart Fundamentals: Community Solutions Webinar Series, which features six webinars on key topics for open smart cities.
In this series there will be four webinars offered in English and two in French.
In this webinar, learn about two key issues for communities working with data, followed by questions to two of the leading experts in this area.
First, Jean-Noe Landry of OpenNorth provided an introduction to open data for municipalities. Next, David Fewer of the Canadian Internet Policy & Public Interest Clinic presented on key data governance issues for municipalities.
The remaining time (approximately 30 minutes) was reserved for questions and answers.
