Many of the challenges that communities face can be considered to be wicked problems; which are complex problems that are difficult to define and feature differing perspectives, and thus do not lend themselves to a purely technical approach. This webinar features a discussion on how data can be used for problem-solving, including a four-step cluster model that can help engage community stakeholders.
