Housing Supply Challenge: Empowering Innovation

Four teams of the Data Driven round of the Housing Supply Challenge presented their innovative technology solutions.
With up to $300 million in funding available over five years, the Housing Supply Challenge welcomes innovative solutions from across the country that break down barriers to new housing supply. As the first round of the Challenge, the Data Driven round sought data solutions to improve decision-making to increase the affordable housing supply in Canada. From 136 applications, 14 prototypes were selected for funding and share a pool of $22.5 million to start implementing their solutions. In this session moderated by Dina Graser, four of the Data Driven teams present their innovative technology solutions.
