Canada is rich with small communities spread across the country, making up over 20% of its population. However, many are facing a host of challenges related to connectivity that have, in many cases, been exacerbated in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Community broadband is proving to be an innovative and effective approach for small, rural, remote, Indigenous and northern communities to achieve their connectivity goals and unlock a host of opportunities. This set of toolkits is designed to help small communities successfully make their community broadband aspirations a reality.
