Our solution will create a flexible, highly customizable, set of best practices and designs to create, adapt and modify new-build:
1) space partitions that can be reconfigured (removed and/or reinstalled) to create new permanent and/or temporary separate units to meet a broad cross-section of housing needs
2) modular access doors and entrance ways that can be reconfigured to create new housing options
3) modular access fixtures for services (electrical, plumbing, electronic) that allow for quick re-configuring of spaces
4) a series of best practices to incorporate and customize these elements in new build design
