Widely respected for his knowledge of the non-profit housing sector, Craig’s consulting practice provides strategic and practical advice to increase the supply of affordable housing. These services include policy development as well coordinating the development process from project initiation, securing funding and throughout the construction phase. Craig’s client list includes municipalities, private sector developers, First Nations, and non-profit societies.
Craig’s broad expertise in affordable housing comes from his roles as VP Development and VP Operations with BC Housing. In recognition of his contributions to the non-profit sector, Craig has received the Premier’s Innovation and Excellence Award and the Distinguished Alumni Award from BCIT.
While currently active as a consultant, Craig also serves a volunteer board member of the Providence Living Society and the Vancouver Chapter of Lambda Alpha International.
