Peter Friedmann has a strong understanding of the finance, real estate and housing sectors having been an executive for 18 of his 37 years at CMHC. During this time Peter directed operations for programs in Ontario, BC & Yukon, and nationally with a focus on housing finance, oversight and governance of affordable housing, Indigenous housing, federal provincial housing, and securitization. Peter has worked with municipal non-profit housing, private for-profit development, Trillium Housing Inc. (Toronto/Ontario), the Institute of Corporate Directors and a TSX listed OSFI regulated financial institution.
