WHAT: The RegenHouse (RGH) is a high performance building system designed to be ecologically regenerative, lifecycle affordable, climate resilient, healthy in every way and factory built modular. The RGH is based on eight principles with five designed systems for each principle that brings it all to life.
WHY: A regenerative lifestyle in a clean and healthy ecosystem is our common sense as humans. The home is one access to battle climate change and housing shortages are the “Why” creating opportunities for radical change in the production of buildings.
HOW: co-design process; use current Village Planet Group motto: “You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.” Buckminister Fuller
WHERE: A number of RGH projects are being considered in various locations across Canada: British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Ontario.
WHO: The RGH is the vision of the Village Planet Group and its collaboration team represented by a diverse group of professional designers, engineers and builders.
