Northern Access Round – On-Demand Project Management Session

Presented by Evergreen with support from Natasha Raey, Project Management Consultant, this session provides training on project management processes and tools, including budgeting, timeline management and risk management. The session connects these topics to the incubation and implementation plans for Stage 2, supports effective project planning and the fulfilment of CMHC’s requirements, and provides contextual reflections on carrying out project management processes in northern and remote communities.
