My Nature Arts Activity Book

In the following activities, local nature is both the main subject of the artwork kids will create, but also in many cases, the primary medium they will use to make art. Though these activities, we hope to inspire kids to look more closely and more creatively at the nature all around them, and to inspire a deep sense of connection to the natural world.

What is included in this resource?
This resource contains 6 activities. Each activity includes a short introduction, a materials list and step-by-step instructions. Each activity also has a “Take It Further” section and an opportunity for reflection on each completed activity. Reflection questions can be done individually or through group discussion or a sharing circle if you’re doing the activities in a group or classroom setting.
